How to Register as an Enterprise User
Enterprise users can register on the algoQA Platform using the Free Trial button on the Pricing page. Follow these steps:
- Enter the URL algoshack.com into the browser address bar.
- Click the Pricing button in the navigation bar.
- The Pricing page appears. Click the Free Trial button to subscribe as an Enterprise Trial user. For more information, visit the Pricing page.
- The Sign Up for Enterprise Trial page appears. On this page, enter the required details, select the Terms and Privacy checkbox. The left pane of the page displays the list of features included in your plan.
- Click Continue, then select the required automation types in the selection window.
- Click Create to register as an Enterprise user.
- If you wish to upgrade to the Paid version, click the Contact Sales button on the Pricing page. A pop-up window appears for you to enter your details, such as full name, email address, mobile number, organization name, job title, and select the required automation types.
- After entering all the details, click the Submit button.
- You will receive an email at the registered email address stating that your account is being processed, followed by a confirmation email.
- You can sign in once you receive the confirmation email.
When a new user logs in via SSO to the application, they are automatically signed up without being prompted to fill out any forms or provide additional details. After sign-up, subscription details are automatically assigned to the user. Existing users remain unaffected, and there is no impact on their accounts or workflows.
If the same account is used on a different device, a pop-up notification appears indicating that an active session already exists. You will be prompted to confirm whether you want to continue. If you choose to continue, the new session is activated and the previous session is logged out automatically. A notification email is then sent to the registered email address with the login details, prompting you to review the activity if it was not initiated by you.
