Enhancements

• algoQA Enhancements
  • Enhanced algoQA by providing three methods to create a project while creating a project: Record Scenarios using the algoScraper browser extension to record directly from a live web page, Create Manually by uploading an existing scraped file or configuring an offline model, and Generate with AI using algoAI to generate scenarios from a text or voice description.   • Enhanced algoQA by adding auto-mapping and manual mapping of new controls to existing controls when uploading a re-scraped file for an existing project. The auto-mapper matches new controls to existing ones based on fingerprint match, XPath match, and control and page name match to avoid duplicates. Users can also manually map unmapped controls by selecting the appropriate feature and control from dropdowns. To learn more, refer to How to Upload a Scraped File for an Existing Project.
  • Enhanced the online recorder by adding the ability to re-scrape and add new steps to an existing scenario. Users can record additional steps, map new controls to existing controls, and generate updated test cases. To learn more, refer to How to Re-Scrape and Add Steps for Existing Scenario.
  • Enhanced Test Design by adding Canvas to the Configuration screen, providing a visual representation of nodes and their connections. Users can navigate to the Canvas using the View Nodes button, add nodes, configure features and controls, and save the configuration. To learn more, refer to Canvas.
• Test Scripts Enhancements
  • Enhanced test scripts by retaining only one script in Test Scripts by default. When scripts are generated again, the previous script is removed. To keep older scripts, users can mark them as favorites so they are not removed. To learn more, refer to Generate Test Cases and Test Scripts.
  • Added a storage warning that appears when usage exceeds 90% of the storage limit. Users can clean up data or upgrade their plan. To learn more, refer to Generate Test Cases and Test Scripts.
• algoScraper Improvements
  • Enhanced Desktop Automation by improving the Desktop Scraper for the WinAppDriver framework. The new scraper allows users to scrape all UI elements or individual elements and record user actions in real time. To learn more, refer to Desktop Scraper.
• Test Design Improvements
  • Enhanced Test Design by adding a Scenario ID column for each scenario. Users can enable it in Custom Columns to view it on the scenario list screen. A unique Id is generated for each scenario, Once assigned, the ID is not reused, even if the original scenario is deleted. To learn more, refer to Test Design.
  • Enhanced Test Design by adding the ability to copy scenario steps from one scenario to another in split-screen view. To learn more, refer to Test Design.
  • Enhanced Test Design by adding the ability to retain an applied filter when switching between Studio View and List View or navigating between scenarios. To learn more, refer to Filtering scenarios.
• Auto Healing Improvements

• Desktop Automation Improvements
